Job Summary
California-licensed attorney sought to join a national collections and creditors’ rights law firm in Del Mar, CA. Manage a high-volume caseload of commercial and consumer collection matters from inception through post-judgment proceedings; appear in court, in person or virtually; draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents; communicate with clients regarding case status and strategy; collaborate with attorneys and staff on case management and business development; work with an experienced team of paralegals and litigation professionals in an in-office, full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of litigation experience
- Active California Bar license required; additional state licenses are a plus
- Knowledge of creditors’ rights and collection law preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and case management abilities
