Job Summary
Mid- to senior-level associate focusing on M&A and corporate matters. Represent buyers and sellers in M&A transactions across industries, including private equity-backed and strategic transactions; draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate documents (stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, shareholders agreements, operating agreements, investor rights agreements, and related ancillary documents); advise on general corporate matters including entity formation, governance, compliance, and commercial agreements; interact directly with founders, portfolio company executives, sponsors, and family offices; analyze corporate M&A regulatory issues and perform related research. Available in Uniondale, Long Island or New York City offices.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted and in good standing in New York; New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
- 2 to 8 years of relevant M&A experience, required.
