Job Summary
Manage your own caseload while delivering exceptional client service in your area of expertise, whether that includes business law, real estate, commercial/civil litigation, family law, or general practice. Independently handle client cases from intake through resolution and develop your specialized client base within the firm. Engage in business development initiatives to strengthen your book of business while working collaboratively with colleagues to integrate your niche into The Wilson Law Group's broader offerings. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor, be licensed to practice in Arkansas, and have at least three years of experience in a specialized area.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Arkansas and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in a specialized area, with a proven record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Established book of business with growth potential
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-driven with a focus on professional growth and client satisfaction
- The role may be based remotely but the ideal candidate will be located in Central Arkansas, able to work out of the downtown LR office periodically
