Job Summary
Role focuses on Attitude Guidance & Performance Engineering for aerospace systems. Responsibilities include defining performance requirements, consolidating budgets and ADCS allocations with Programs Lead Systems Engineers; developing and validating attitude guidance algorithms (on-ground or in orbit); developing the ADCS calibration strategy; coordinating with bus suppliers to ensure follow-up and anomaly resolution; supporting customer interactions for ADCS performance; serving as the technical reference for attitude control for the in-orbit fleet; and diagnosing/troubleshooting ADCS anomalies. Nice-to-haves include experience with Flight/Orbital Dynamics, Earth Observation missions, and international experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as an attitude control architect or engineer
- strong communication and organizational skills
- experience in a fast-paced development environment
- hands-on
- extensive knowledge of Python
