Job Summary

Conduct part-time on-call role-playing support for training events, accurately portraying assigned scenarios while adhering to security rules and staying in character. Engage students in practical exercises, Field Training Exercises, and simulated combat environments using blank-firing weapons, pyrotechnics, and various vehicles, adjusting response intensity based on student performance. Perform searches, including vigorous body pat-downs, and integrate into diverse situations such as ambushes, snipers, and hostile forces. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality while conforming to all safety regulations, policies, and instructions.

Required Qualifications

Able to speak, read and write English
Must have an active and valid US Driver's License
Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Must be able to appear and portray as foreign nationals, including the Middle East, Africa, etc
Must have good understanding and/or be familiar with foreign culture
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors where conditions may be unpleasant or uncomfortable
Irregular and unscheduled hours
Exposure to personal risks
Ability to complete work requiring regular and recurring physical and mental exertion
Long periods of standing
Climbing stairs
Walking on uneven ground
Ability to work effectively in an environment that consists of numerous personnel and use of pyrotechnics
Ability to convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly
