Job Summary
Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs); serve as primary care provider with a dedicated NP/PA support, conducting patient rounds, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, and managing ongoing conditions; discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families; maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations; collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care; leadership duties include mentoring NPs and PAs in delivering high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician
