Job Summary
Attending Physician/Medical Director role at AlignMed Partners in North Conway, NH. Dual clinical and leadership position serving as Attending Physician alongside the Center Medical Director, accountable for delivering high-quality care, adherence to credentialing and compliance processes, collaborating with the Center Medical Director and AlignMed Partners leadership, and coordinating care with area hospitals and institutions. Responsibilities include patient care, timely visits, history and physicals within 72 hours of admission, implementation and measurement of AlignMed Clinical Programs, adherence to corporate integrity policies, and supporting community education and relationships. Requires BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience; geriatrics is desirable; position offers relocation bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. required.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification
- Geriatrics specialization is desirable.
