Attendant, Room - The Elmore Hotel

The Room Attendant keeps guest rooms and public areas clean to Coury Hospitality’s standards, including making beds, replacing linens and towels, sanitizing surfaces, and delivering items to rooms. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and public areas, reporting concerns or maintenance issues, monitoring supplies, handling cleaning chemicals safely, coordinating with Front Desk and Maintenance, assisting in training new team members, and ensuring privacy and safety in all tasks. Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate cleaning equipment; role is hourly and non-exempt. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous housekeeping experience preferred; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
