Job Summary
Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other public spaces across the property to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and team members. Primary duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, restocking restroom supplies, removing trash, and ensuring cleanliness. Must respond promptly to guest and team member requests related to cleanliness, report maintenance issues or safety concerns, and follow company safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail and teamwork
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
