Attendant Public Area

Clean and maintain all public areas including the lobby, hallways, stairwells, elevators, public restrooms, ski room, fitness room, pool deck, and back-of-house corridors. Clean rental-program condominium units between guest stays to CoralTree rental-ready standards, replenish in-room amenities, linens, and supplies, and conduct trash, recycling, and linen runs throughout the building. Manage snow and slush at all guest-facing entry points during winter to keep arrival areas safe and presentable, and report maintenance issues observed in units or public areas to the Maintenance Manager or directly through Breezeway. Support deep-cleaning projects in units and public spaces during shoulder seasons. Work full-time hours with daily contact with guests and owners, reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, and Maintenance Manager. Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
