Job Summary
Oversee Poker Room seating and guest flow, manage mobile bank transactions and liaise with the Casino Cage to support guest play and rewards. Conduct player/table bank transactions per policy, issue Grazie cards and guest rewards, handle phone inquiries, maintain guest lists and seating for all Poker games, and communicate with management on pertinent guest needs. Maintain knowledge of game rules and internal controls, ensure accuracy in cash/cheque handling, and uphold safety and attendance expectations in a fast-paced casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year casino experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to operate 10-key calculator
- Jet Scan cash counter
- English communication (spoken and written)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other required certification or license
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and move equipment
