Job Summary
Maintain clean and safe work areas by cleaning comfort stations, emptying trash, replenishing restroom supplies, and removing graffiti. Perform grounds maintenance including landscaping, trimming, watering, weeding, and clearing debris. Repair tables, benches, and arbors as needed, applying paint and cement patches. Assist the public with facility use and answer questions while conducting weekly inventory and coordinating supply purchases with the Project Manager. Act as a lead for the team. This position requires full mobility, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and frequent exposure to outdoor weather and mechanical vibration. Nights and weekend work are required. A high school diploma or GED is needed, with knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment
- Full range of mobility in upper and lower body
- Ability to reach overhead
- Ability to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds throughout the assigned workday
- Nights and weekend work availability
