Attendant II-Donley SRA

Attendant II responsibilities include janitorial services and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities to ensure proper operation of rest areas in accordance with the Statement of Work. The role involves cleaning restrooms and facilities, grounds maintenance (lawn care, edging, planting, trimming, and debris removal), painting and cement patch tasks, trash removal, supplying restrooms, assisting the public, and coordinating weekly inventory with the Project Manager for supplies. This position acts as a lead, requires reliability and teamwork, and may involve nights and weekend work; travel is primarily local. Requires ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in outdoor conditions.
