Job Summary
Inspect restrooms, clean mirrors and sinks, refill soap dispensers, replenish paper products, empty trash containers, and clean toilets and urinals. Sweep and mop floors, maintain inventory, and assist with basic plumbing tasks like plunging drains. Clean lobby walls, windows, doors, water fountains, and displays; sweep and blow entrances. Empty outdoor trash, remove weeds, mow lawns, trim shrubs, and wipe down picnic arbors daily. Report damage to curbs, pavement, and graffiti for repair. This role involves night, weekend, and holiday shifts with variable hours. One year of janitorial and grounds maintenance experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year plus janitorial experience
- 1 year plus grounds maintenance experience

- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds constantly
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Must be able to push and pull movement
- Must be able to work in wet and humid conditions
- Must be able to work in extreme cold/heat
- Must be able to work in temperature changes
- Must be able to work in exposure to high vehicle traffic and vehicles
- Must be able to work in exposure to public interactions
- Must be able to work in a team environment or independently
- Must be able to perform repetitive motion
- Must be able to perform occasional exposure to respiratory or skin sensitivity
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/trade certificate
- 1 Year plus janitorial experience
- 1 year plus grounds maintenance experience
- 1 year experience with building maintenance experience
