Job Summary
Provide non-medical support to clients by assisting with personal care, toileting, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while monitoring and reporting health or behavior changes. Build meaningful relationships through companionship and ensure client safety by utilizing lifts for transfers and adhering to a 200lb lifting limit. Work in-person in client homes across Kansas, maintaining dignity and independence for those served. Requires a valid Kansas driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum one year of caregiving experience. Full-time 36-hour schedule with flexible day and evening shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid Kansas Driver's License or State ID
- Reliable transportation w/ valid vehicle insurance
- No Sex Offenders
- No felony in the last 6 years
- Can pass a background check with APS/CPS
- Must be able to lift +200lbs
- Trained on utilizing lifts to transfer patients
- Comfortable working in homes with multiple cats present
Desired Qualifications
- CNA or HHA Certification (NOT REQUIRED)
