Job Summary
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities in clients’ homes. Include personal care such as bathing and dressing, assist with ambulation/transfers, and deliver non-medical in-home support such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands. Provide medication reminders and ensure safety and comfort during visits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
