Job Summary
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities in the patient’s home. Includes personal care such as bathing and dressing, assistance with ambulation/transfers, and non-medical in-home support (light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands). Includes medication reminders. Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must pass drug screening and background check. Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
