Conduct opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors. Take customer orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare coffee beverages. Input orders into the cash register, collect payments, and manage change for expected business levels. Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the shift. Count the bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure receipts. Maintain professional appearance, adhere to safety policies, and support the team to reach common goals.
