Job Summary
Overnight Attendant in an assisted living community providing compassionate, patient-centered care to senior residents during the third shift. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), monitoring health status, offering companionship and emotional support, maintaining accurate care records, ensuring cleanliness and safety of living spaces, and responding to emergencies. Requires on-the-job training, ability to work 11 pm–7 am with weekends or rotating schedule, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to complete onsite paid training program and orientations as needed
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state-specific requirements for assisted living attendants
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Dependability, Good Attendance Record
