Job Summary
Donation Attendant II greets donors, handles donations with a hand truck, sorts and distributes donated goods, issues donor receipts, and supports basic retail operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading donated goods, keeping aisles clean, restocking supplies, maintaining housekeeping standards, adhering to loss prevention and inventory control, ensuring regular attendance, and delivering courteous customer service. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working successfully working as Donation Attendant at Goodwill, with performance and attendance in good standing.
- Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
- Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- For positions that require driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, and be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business.
