Job Summary
The Attendance/PEIMS Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records and performing data entry for attendance, PEIMS data, and grades under close supervision. Key responsibilities include collecting and entering data into databases, maintaining student records, processing requests for information and transcripts, and assisting with inquiries from parents and faculty. The role requires proficiency in software for spreadsheets and databases, keyboarding, and a strong ability to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases
- Proficient in keyboarding, 10-key numerical data entry, and file maintenance
- Ability to meet established deadlines
