Attendance Coordinator: Lakeview

Maintain accurate daily records including student rosters, face counts, first aid logs, and staff attendance documentation for the Lakeview After School site. Ensure compliance with all attendance, first aid, and child release protocols by adhering to YMCA policies and state regulations regarding the safe and authorized release of children. Communicate effectively with staff daily, answer the door and phone in a positive manner, and take daily attendance while following the "Missing Child Procedure" at dismissal. Cultivate positive relationships with parents, children, and staff while modeling relationship-building skills and using behavior management techniques as outlined in the staff handbook.
