Job Summary
Attendance Clerk providing clerical and administrative support to ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of student attendance data; maintains student records; handles enrollment and withdrawals; ensures compliance with district, state, and federal attendance policies; serves as a professional point of contact for students, parents, staff, and community; supports front office operations; responsible for confidential recordkeeping and data entry; requires strong organizational, communication, and data management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced school environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Office Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of clerical experience in a school office or related setting
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential student information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of student information systems is preferred
