Job Summary

Coordinate and support campus-wide events and co-curricular programming at ATSU’s Mesa, AZ campus. Facilitate student leadership opportunities, assist in developing and delivering events, workshops, and seminars that complement classroom instruction; support registered student organizations across campuses via the Engage software, including reviewing registration documents, training leaders, and managing communications. Oversee digital and print communications for the Office of Student Life, manage use of facilities and spaces (including storage areas and Mother’s Nursing Suite), and liaise with Finance/Purchasing for contracts, purchase orders, and travel forms.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Special events coordination.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems/software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
