Job Summary
The ATS Compliance Coordinator role supports MEDIKO’s mission by managing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple regions for clinical and non-clinical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview scheduling and offers, maintaining ATS data integrity, posting requisitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and generating recruiting reports. The position partners with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, improve time-to-fill metrics, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Required capabilities include extensive ATS experience (e.g., Paycom, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS), attention to detail, multi-requisition management, organizational and time-management skills, effective communication, and knowledge of EEO and OFCCP guidelines. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or HR support are preferred. Proficiency in Excel for reporting and experience in healthcare or regulated environments are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or ATS administration
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Paycom, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting)
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP, state/federal regulations) and ability to ensure adherence within ATS processes
