AtR General Ledger Specialist

Job Summary
General Ledger specialist responsible for period-end close and GL support across Europe, ensuring accurate postings and reconciliations that reflect transactional reality; coordinate with Local Finance Teams to ensure US GAAP/IFRS alignment, perform trial balance reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to standardization and automation projects; requires collaboration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company
- Business-level English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Experience using SAP desired
- Experience with IFRS desired
- Experience with US GAAP desired
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
