Job Summary
ATQH C2NOW Trainer role at Leidos involves providing troubleshooting, installation and support for the ATQH (formerly WIN-T Inc.1) at Fort Hood, TX. Responsibilities include new equipment and field operations support with routers, gateways, Cisco ASA firewalls, Linux/Windows OS, and virtual infrastructure; routing setup and troubleshooting (OSPF, DMVPN, Multicast); satellite communications operations (NCC Operations, Linkway, Raydyne, FDMA, NCW modems); LAN/WAN problem resolution; network performance/configuration expertise; circuit breaker maintenance; reading diagrams/blueprints; curriculum development for TPFF/NET plans; creating customized training plans; delivering field and classroom training, including night/inclement weather shifts; classroom setup; modernization instruction; serving as primary fielders/instructors/demonstrators; cross-training across complimentary systems; continuing education to maintain instructor certification; instructor qualification training across CONUS/OCONUS locations; travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience, or 6 years equivalent Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) code in lieu of Degree
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Knowledge of routers, gateways, Cisco ASA Firewalls, Linux and Windows Operating Systems, and knowledge of Virtual Infrastructure
- Routing: Set-up, Troubleshoot and understand OSFP, DMVPN and Multicast
- Satellite Communications: Set-up, troubleshoot and understand NCC Operations, Linkway, Raydyne, FDMA and NCW modem operations
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN network related problems
- Skilled in the set-up, troubleshooting and understanding of Virtual Machine Infrastructure (VMWare VCP-DCV)
- Develop guidance on program planning, position management, contingency/emergency planning, position management, work measurement, and productivity improvement
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS)
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)
