Job Summary
Conduct on-site visits to assigned routes to repair, install, or load cash in ATM equipment while engaging with customers to ensure high support levels. Replace ATM parts independently or with Technical Support assistance, install or replace ATM signage, and document all activities within the PAI system. Guard and protect employer assets, perform other field service work as business needs arise, and maintain complete confidentiality of sensitive information. This role requires a valid Texas driver's license, a clean driving record, and compliance with all local firearm laws for carrying an approved firearm while on duty. Candidates must demonstrate composure, integrity, and the ability to work alone in a moving environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $24.74 with a Saturday through Wednesday schedule, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Compliance with all local and state firearm laws and has obtained any necessary local or state carry license or permit
- Carry an approved firearm while performing the duties of a ATM Cash Loader
- Clean driving record and a valid Texas driver's license
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information
- Must be willing to work some overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
- Willingness to work alone
- Must have the ability to bend, reach over your head and to individually lift or move up to 250 lbs. assisted with a hand-dolly
- Must be able to maintain complete confidentiality of any information he/she encounters
- Must successfully pass a drug test prior to hire and upon any accident / incident or discharge of firearm while on duty
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of PAIReports a plus
