Job Summary
ATM Supervisor responsible for supervising a team of drivers, messengers, and guards that support and perform Cash in Transit functions. Ensures accountability and security of all liability and prioritizes daily operations workflow. Assists the Manager in the secure, safe and efficient functioning of the armored car facility. Works in an armed environment. Provides first-line supervision to CIT employees; oversees daily operations including route efficiency and scheduling; maintains a safe and secure environment; coaches and develops employees; leverages systems and process improvements to drive performance; ensures compliance with security procedures to protect inventories; assists management to meet branch goals; cross-trains and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years operations experience in transportation and/or logistics
- Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
- A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
