Job Summary
Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other Cash Depot equipment; perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled; coordinate dispatch with the territory dispatcher; complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely; maintain department metrics (efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate); assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training; follow security procedures; maintain professional image and inventory standards; travel within Wisconsin with on-call duties; flexible full-time role with opportunities for training and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Ability to work safely when lifting and performing tasks
- Experience in troubleshooting or electro mechanical work
- Ability to follow Field Service Handbook expectations
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with internal/external contacts
- Proven organizational, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or duties
