Job Summary
Install, configure, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and Cash Depot products; perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled/requested; coordinate with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatches; complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely; maintain security procedures and company policies; participate in ride-along training and assist other technicians; maintain inventory and implement efficiency improvements; operate as a team player with a flexible schedule including on-call duty; work independently while traveling within the assigned Wisconsin territory and at customer locations; respond to tasks with attention to safety, efficiency, and quality while meeting department metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to follow Field Service Handbook
- Ability to lift and perform tasks associated with position
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
