ATM Monitoring Associate I

Job Summary
Identify inactive ATMs using in-house tools and run remote diagnostics to resolve issues ensuring maximum uptime. Research service history to pinpoint problems and manipulate Excel data to analyze ATM inactivity. Utilize monitoring tools and ticketing systems to manage multiple issues via email and phone while calling customer locations to identify equipment faults. Effectively communicate status updates and technical adjustments to business users, service providers, and management teams. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Technical Support Team across the U.S. in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE IN OFFICE 3X A WEEK
- Associates degree required or relative work experience required
- Must have 2 years work experience with any technical discipline
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow complex and unique processes and adapt to change rapidly
- Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
- Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage several issues and follow-ups simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Word
- Must be at Intermediate Level with MS Excel
- Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
- Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
