Job Summary
Respond to customer, manufacturer, and branch inquiries via phone, fax, and e-mail while providing field support for cash, locks, balancing, and site issues. Maintain the branch's ATM database to ensure emergency cash access after hours and investigate daily reconciliation discrepancies regarding missed replenishments, overages, and shortages. Distribute operational procedures to field personnel, coordinate changes, and generate monthly account update reports detailing ATM counts, contact changes, and performance metrics. Cross-train staff and perform other duties as assigned to support secure logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a dispatcher
- A valid driver's license
- Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
- A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
- A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
- Be at least 21 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a dispatcher
- Light mechanical aptitude
