Job Summary
ATM & Cash Market Support Specialist, Associate — Hybrid role supporting Capital One Branches and Cafés with ATM hardware/cash and branch cash-related issues. Responsibilities include owning market ATM availability, analyzing trends, communicating updates via Slack/email/ticketing systems, coordinating with branches, cafés, and vendors to resolve ATM discrepancies, remote ATM issue resolution, documenting procedures, and sharing market insights with leadership. Requires strong communication, problem solving, multitasking, and adaptability; hybrid work in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (3 days in office, remainder remote).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
- At least 1 year of experience of project or process management
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Products
