Job Summary
Asesorar y acompañar a clientes en el uso y configuración de las herramientas Atlassian; configurar, personalizar e implementar Jira, Confluence o Bitbucket; elaborar documentación sobre configuraciones; dedicar ~70% del tiempo al desarrollo de plugins y ~30% a configuraciones; trabajo 100% remoto; contrato indefinido; formato de trabajo orientado a Atlassian para mejorar procesos internos de clientes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience configuring and administering Jira Software and Confluence
- Experience with migrations, integrations, or deployments in Atlassian Cloud or Data Center
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs for integrations
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to translate business processes into Jira configurations
- Experience producing technical and functional documentation
- English at C1 level for day-to-day communication
