Job Summary
Hands-on Atlassian expert needed to implement, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Atlassian environments (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Design and deliver technical solutions with customers and team through scripting, automation, data migrations, and integrations with other enterprise tools. Lead complex DC-to-Cloud migrations and ITSM solutions, collaborate with experienced Atlassian professionals, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to customers and teammates. Fluent German and English; experience with Agile and ITSM frameworks; consultancy experience and face-to-face client interaction desired. Added bonus for API integrations (REST, webhooks) and knowledge of enterprise tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
