Job Summary
Atlassian Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) across cloud and on-prem environments. Lead migrations from Atlassian Server/Data Center to Atlassian Cloud, design customized integrations within modern DevOps toolchains (GitHub, GitLab, ServiceNow), and drive automation, AI-assisted workflows, and platform engineering best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernise SDLC, promote Agile and DevOps adoption, and mentor junior consultants. Proactive, consultative professional with strong communication in English and a willingness to work across a broad European ecosystem of tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure, AWS) and AI-enabled SDLC tooling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, solution architecture, technical advisory, or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise environments, or digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations within modern DevOps ecosystems
- Solid understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering principles, with experience using at least one scripting language or automation platform
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive, consultative, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development and intelligent automation
