Job Summary
At XALT, you will support organizations in optimizing collaboration and agile processes using Atlassian tools. You will analyze and specify business requirements, build collaborative intranets based on Confluence, configure Jira workflows to digitise and automate processes, manage projects, and coordinate the internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros. Fluent English and German are required; ideally possess Atlassian certification or pursue it, with several years of practical administration experience across Jira/Confluence and related tools. The role offers a permanent contract with long-term prospects and flexible/hybrid work arrangements in Leipzig, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
- Minimum 3 years of project experience working with clients.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; service and customer orientation are a given.
- High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style.
- Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Fluent English and German.
- Ideally, Atlassian certification or interest in it, as well as several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently.
