Deliver AHA/ARC CPR and BLS training sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and evaluating student performance while ensuring they meet certification requirements. Prepare lesson plans, provide clear feedback, and maintain training equipment, including managing up to three manikin sets. Work weekends and weekdays at scheduled locations across Atlanta, including client sites like offices and schools. Earn $25.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CPR Instructor Certification
- Strong knowledge of CPR and AED procedures
- Clear communication and teaching skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable time-management skills
- Ability to work with students of different experience levels
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and transport training equipment up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to physically demonstrate proper CPR and AED skills during class
- Must be available for weekend classes
- Weekday availability is preferred
