Job Summary
Own the integrated delivery plan and RAID log for the Customer 360 domain implementation, bridging Atlan's advisory engagement with the customer's in-tenant responsibilities to execute the rollout from connected platforms to a governed catalog. Direct connector configuration across Snowflake, Salesforce, dbt, and Oracle; lead end-to-end lineage validation, defect triage, and RBAC/persona modeling to secure formal approval. Configure Context Agent collections for automated metadata enrichment, publish the operating procedure, and certify the P1 bookings asset set. Build steward enablement materials, deliver training and demos, define adoption KPIs, and execute the operational handoff with documented support models.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years delivering enterprise data or analytics programs
- 4+ years leading implementations as the accountable delivery owner
- Demonstrated experience implementing a modern data catalog or metadata management / governance platform
- Hands-on working knowledge of the customer's stack: Snowflake, Salesforce, dbt, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle
- familiarity with Domo and Okta-based SSO
- Proven ability to validate and remediate data lineage across heterogeneous sources
- Practical experience designing and configuring RBAC / persona-based access models
- experience shepherding RBAC models through security approval
- Strong data governance foundation: stewardship models, business glossary, asset certification, and metadata quality management
- Disciplined program management practice — integrated planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to move between engineering detail and executive sponsor conversations in the same day
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
