Job Summary
Group Sales Performance Manager responsible for KPI management across automotive brands and locations, lead management discipline via Dynamics 365, and reporting/visibility through Excel and Power BI. Role includes pricing/market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Digital/Data teams, and building data-driven performance tools and real-time alerts. Requires 5-8 years automotive experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role and a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin., Marketing or Finance. Proficient in CRM Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel/Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin., Marketing or Finance
- Minimum of 5-8 years of total automotive experience
- At least 3 years in management or a leadership role
- Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced Excel / Power BI capability
