ATI Hotels Reservation Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate hotel accommodations and ground transportation for ATI internal customers, handling travel service tasks from contract negotiation and vendor selection to budgeting and invoicing. Manage Sabre Red bookings, review crew schedules for hotels/ground transport, and analyze expenditures to ensure policy compliance. Build schedules with flexibility to meet operational needs, communicate solutions to a broad range of stakeholders, and maintain positive cross-team relationships. Requires strong customer service, budgeting/forecasting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred experience with Sabre Red, Crewtrac, and hotel connections. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays, with the ability to operate independently and deliver accurate, timely results.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; shift work, evenings, weekends/holidays
- Preferred: Sabre Red, Crewtrac experience and knowledge of Hotel Connections or similar systems
