Job Summary
Head Coach for JV Field Hockey program managing the development of student-athletes. Responsibilities include organizing, communicating, and executing daily practice plans; communicating weekly schedules to parents; supporting athletes in the college recruiting process; meeting with the athletic director at season start and end; preparing and conditioning athletes; lead game-day equipment setup; coordinating with Athletics to create social media content; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications emphasize preferred college degree, coaching and playing experience, and willingness to engage in professional development. The program emphasizes growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship within an ISL context.
