Athletics - High School Head Coach (Spring Sports) (SY26-27)

Coach individual participants in basic and advanced skills, provide leadership to the athletic team, and enforce MIAA rules and regulations. Teach appropriate sportsmanship, model positive behavior, and instruct students on proper equipment use. Assist the Athletic Director in planning practice schedules, attending mandatory meetings regarding eligibility and documentation, and maintaining up-to-date training for the assigned sport. Complete all necessary student participation documentation and notify leadership of equipment needs. Create a supportive environment where students are encouraged to participate while strictly adhering to safety standards and school boundaries.
