Job Summary
Athletics High School Boys/Girls Swim Coach responsible for developing a competitive swim program for high school students. Duties include organizing tryouts, scheduling practices and competitions, ensuring safety and supervision during all activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring student eligibility. The role requires coaching knowledge, the ability to model professionalism and positive conduct, adherence to MHSAA and district rules, collaboration with school staff, and delivery of CPR/First Aid certification where applicable. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Coaching experience (2 years minimum)
- Knowledge of Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) rules

- Demonstrated coaching/athletic leadership
- Ability to enforce disciplinary standards
