Job Summary
Greet guests and manage ticketing for home athletic events, including football, basketball, and baseball. Provide directional assistance throughout the venue, address mobile ticket and seating inquiries, and react quickly to guest requests or complaints. Maintain extensive knowledge of venue seating, personnel, policies, and emergency procedures while anticipating needs with a proactive attitude. Work long hours on event days, sitting or standing for extended periods, with availability to commit to assigned events.
Required Qualifications
- basic knowledge of technology (i.e. scanners, radios)
- positive attitude
- willingness to assist guests in a timely manner
- availability to commit to working events when you sign up
- extensive knowledge of each athletic venue (i.e. seating sections, venue personnel, policies, and emergency procedures)
- ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
