Job Summary
Oversee facility operations as the lead administrator during assigned athletic events, ensuring proper support coverage for gate, concessions, official book, and clock functions. Manage crowd control to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for students, families, and attendees while troubleshooting challenges in real time. Serve as the on-site liaison between school administration, coaches, and participants to align actions with district values and safety policies. Maintain professional appearance and integrity throughout all duties. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds or less, with a schedule that varies by event.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in event management, athletics programming, or youth development preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Current CPR/AED certification preferred
- Knowledge of athletic event management and facility operations
- Knowledge of district safety policies and regulations
