Job Summary
Direct live athletic events by directing and switching broadcasts while ensuring stream stability. Operate robotic, handheld, and tripod-mounted cameras alongside video drones, and manage all broadcast equipment including cables and monitors. Maintain broadcast facilities and uphold the university's brand and station image during indoor and outdoor events. This role requires working evenings, nights, and weekends to support the university's Christ-centered mission of educating students for life-long service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely – both verbally and in writing
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Must be a current student
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy team setting
- Ability to give direction and work independently as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for long periods of time
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
