Job Summary

Assist the sports medicine staff in providing medical care to FC Cincinnati athletes by attending team practices, home competitions, and youth camps. Maintain equipment and facilities, actively participate in daily team activities, and aid in treatment documentation. Function as a member of the Stretcher Crew during home competitions and collaborate on team testing including functional movement screens, musculoskeletal assessments, and concussion evaluations. Work approximately 28 hours per week starting August 2026, adhering to all company and league medical policies while supporting staff Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, and Coaches.

Required Qualifications

  • NATABOC Certification
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in athletic training from CAATE recognized school
  • Active Ohio Athletic Trainer Licensure or the ability to obtain quickly
  • American Heart Association AED/CPR Certification for the healthcare provider
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Positive upbeat attitude
  • Ability to work on a team to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a respectful and appropriate manner
  • Ability to consistently be at work on time, follow instructions, respond to management directions, commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals and complete necessary tasks
  • Excellent follow through and judgment

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous soccer experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
