Athletic Trainer - Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics

Under the supervision of the designated supervisor, prepare patients for exams by obtaining vital signs, documenting chief complaints, and presenting history of present illnesses. Provide patient education on diagnoses and demonstrate home exercise programs while applying casting, splinting, and durable medical equipment. Screen and direct patient calls per established protocol, contact patients regarding prescriptions and testing results, and perform daily regulatory testing to ensure clinical equipment accuracy. Maintain par levels of clinical supplies and assure completeness of ordered procedures and treatments.
